Providing you with the support you need….
At Ohana Behavioral Health, we focus on your strengths, your positive attributes, and areas where you excel – we build on these to enhance your skills in creating the life that you desire.
Whether you’re a parent who is looking to enhance your parenting skills or you are a teenager who needs support in dealing with struggles at school, with peers, or at home, we’re here to help.
Being in a group can help you feel confident and well supported by actively listening to your challenges and concerns, teaching tangible skills to improve the quality of your life, and, most importantly, doing this through the power of togetherness and community.
The journey to a better you is something you don’t have to do it alone.
We offer support groups, workshops, group therapy, and skills training for adults, teens, children, and parents.
Support groups are for people who are struggling and need to feel understood and acknowledged by those who have common experiences.
Workshops are a small group of people who want to learn more about topics that we frequently offer, such as parenting, meditations, mindfulness, etc.
And group therapy is a therapy that is done in a group setting where the participants have a common issue and need to be supported by a close-knit community.
Skills training is like coaching, such as parent coaching, social skills coaching, etc. This is beneficial for those who are looking for more individualized training, and they will be tailored to your needs.
Please check back often for our latest group support and skills training.
